Shipping & Local Pickup

Production Time
Each item is made to order. Please allow 7–10 business days for production before shipping. For personalized orders requiring a design proof, production begins after you approve your design.

Production time does not include shipping time.

Shipping Rates & Destinations
We offer domestic and international shipping. Available shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order.

Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method. Requested delivery dates are subject to confirmation. If you need an order by a specific date, please contact tyf@creatyfdesigns.com before purchasing.

International Orders
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the customer’s responsibility. Customs processing may cause additional delivery delays.

Local Pickup
Local pickup is available in Anthem, Arizona. Choose local pickup at checkout when available, or contact tyf@creatyfdesigns.com to arrange pickup before ordering.

Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before coming to collect it. Pickup details will be provided when your order is ready.

Shipping Address
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. If you notice an error, email tyf@creatyfdesigns.com as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible after shipment.
